Why The Mix

The Mix offers a comfortable, convenient, secure living and learning environment for our residents. The community is located within walking distance to the Georgia State University. We believe that when students are close to class, they go to class, and our convenient location is prime for your student’s academic success.

We offer a variety of housing options, from 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom to 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms fully furnished student apartments for your student and his or her roommates. We also offer a roommate matching program that pairs future residents with others that have similar social or academic interests to enhance their college experience.

The Mix was designed and developed with safety in mind, including cameras throughout the property, monitored controlled points, and an onsite security system.

Stainless Steel Appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, and oven/cooktop.

Furniture in the bedrooms include a bed, desk, and desk chair. Living rooms include a sofa, coffee table, TV, and dining table.

We have a $10 cap per bedroom for water and a $35 cap per bedroom for electricity. Residents are responsible for sub-metered usage of water and electricity beyond those caps. Residents can also expect to pay for an allocation of their gas usage and common area AC costs.

In order to guarantee your bed space, we will need a signed lease agreement. Leases are generated once your application is complete, and your screening has been approved.
